The Hu Chocolate Back to School Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Hu Products LLC (“Sponsor”) and Perfect Bar LLC (“Perfect”) entry period begins at 11:00am Central Time (“CT”) on August 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm CT on August 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s designated clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) and where prohibited.
1. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C., who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are currently employed as teachers. Proof of residency, age, and employment status may be required prior to the awarding of any prize. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Perfect, their parent company, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of the immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.
2. How to enter. You must have a personal, public Instagram account to enter (account cannot be set to private). If you do not have an account, you may create one for no charge at . When you join Instagram, you are indicating that you have read and agree to accept and abide by the Instagram Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Your account may not be a shared or corporate account. You must keep the same Instagram handle until the prizes are awarded as described herein. During the Entry Period, to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, take the following steps: (1) follow @hukitchen and @perfectbar brand on Instagram, (2) locate the Sweepstakes post pinned to the top of the feed on the @hukitchen Instagram account (“Sweepstakes Post”) and like the Sweepstakes Post, (3) comment on the Sweepstakes Post by @mentioning one (1) friend who is a teacher with whom you have a personal relationship. Your friends must consent to the use of their names/Instagram handles in the Sweepstakes. Proof of consent in a form deemed acceptable by Sponsor may be required at any time. Your Entry must also comply with all of the Content Restrictions stated below. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in disqualification of you and your Entry. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM CT ON [August 31], 2026. Although it is free to enter, standard message and data charges may be incurred if you use your mobile device to enter the Sweepstakes. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans prior to entering via your wireless mobile device. A mobile device is not required to enter. Limit one (1) Entry per person/Instagram account throughout the entire Entry Period. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram account from which entry is made at the time of the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses or Instagram accounts is prohibited, and any such Entries will be deemed void and disqualified. All Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. . Content Restrictions: Entry cannot include any content that is deemed by Sponsor, in its discretion, to: (a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory, profane or pornographic, contain or reference any dangerous activity; (b) promote alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons, any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; (c) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate; (d) contain trademarks, logos (except Sponsor’s, which are not required) or trade dress owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product (except Sponsor’s, which is not required) of any kind, without permission; (e) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission; and (f) contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission.
By posting your Entry you warrant and represent that the content included: (a) does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (b) does not include reference to any other individuals unless entrant has consent to include these other individuals in their Entry into the Sweepstakes as described and contemplated by these Official Rules; and (c) complies with all of the Content Restrictions listed in the paragraph above. You will indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from and against any claims to the contrary. Any Entry that, in the sole opinion of the Promotion Parties, is deemed to be inappropriate for publication or inclusion in the Sweepstakes for any reason, will be disqualified.

3. Random Drawing; Odds of Winning. After the close of the Entry Period, on or about September 1, 2026, two (2) potential winner(s) of the prize described in Rule 4, below, will be selected by a representative of Sponsor in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received.
4. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Two (2) verified winners will each receive one (1) yearly supply of Hu Chocolate, including: (i) 4 boxes of (12) chocolate bars, sent in quarterly shipments; (ii) one (1) yearly supply of Perfect Bar products, sent as 12 caddies of 8 Perfect Bars, sent in quarterly shipments; and (iii) one (1) $500 Amazon Gift Card to be used towards classroom supplies and necessities. Specific prize details will be determined by the Sponsor and are subject to change at any time. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV of each prize package is: $3,000. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on each prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution or replacement of prize or any prize component permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable. Total ARV of all prize packages combined: $6,000. Winner will receive no compensation for any difference in value between the ARV and the actual value of the prize. Limit one (1) prize per household.
As a condition of accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in and cooperate with reasonable promotional and content capture, including but not limited to posting photos and/or stories featuring Sponsor and/or Perfect on their Instagram account. Such content may be used by Sponsor, Perfect and their designees for promotional and marketing purposes in any media worldwide in perpetuity, without additional notice or compensation unless prohibited by law, and winner and guests will execute such releases, waivers, and other documents as Sponsor and Perfect may reasonably require to effectuate the foregoing.
